Run by the people who walk the tour
We're Elio and Carlos. Elio spent years guiding for one of Seville's biggest tapas tour companies — until bigger groups started getting in the way of doing the tour right. In late 2021 we started Sevilla Tapas Tour to do food tours the old way: small, slow, and at the bars locals actually go to. Elio walks every tour himself.
