Our Story
Run by the people who walk the tour
We're Elio and Carlos. Elio spent years guiding for one of Seville's biggest tapas tour companies — until bigger groups started getting in the way of doing the tour right. In late 2021 we started Sevilla Tapas Tour to do food tours the old way: small, slow, and at the family-run bars locals actually go to. Every regular English-language tour is personally hosted by Elio.
- Never more than six guests. Not eight, not twelve. Six.
- Real credentials: WSET Level 3 in Wines, Certified Sherry Educator (D.O. Jerez) and trained in ibérico ham.
- Guaranteed departure. The tour runs even if you're the only guest — we never cancel for lack of participants.

2.5–3.5 hours, 4–5 family-run bars, 10+ tastings and 5 drinks — with Elio explaining the wine, the sherry and the ibérico as you go.
