A great experience. Elio was more like an old friend than a tour guide. He is an expert concerning sherry, imberico, and life in Seville. Fantastic tapas from authentic spots that the locals frequent. Elio is accommodating on every level. We highly recommend for a small group, personal experience.
One of the best food tours we've ever done! Elio took us to a variety of locations with delicious selections of local food and beverage, introducing us to some true neighborhood favorites. Loved the small group concept, it made the experience even more enjoyable. He also provided additional recommendations for the rest of our stay; we went to many of these spots and were so happy we did. Book with Elio for an exceptional experience, you won't be disappointed!
My husband and I took a tapas tour with Elio. Our group was small with 3 other couples; we appreciated the small group size. We stopped at 5 places and all were very good. Elio was also kind enough to make recommendations for our other Spain stops. He is truly knowledgeable and passionate about food tours!
I am so glad I toured with Sevilla tapas tour - Elia is a super enthusiastic guide, took us to the most authentic places and had so many great stories to tell about food but also Sevilla history and sites. I did a 3-hour walking tour with cheese, jamon iberico, beer, wine, treats and so much more. A plus was the small group size so i could ask questions and also get to know the fellow group members. I would absolutely recommend.

Elio was such a great guide for our food and drinks tour around Seville. He really knew his stuff when it came to Ibérico ham and wines (especially Sherry), and made learning about them very fun. We loved hearing about the city’s culture and food scene from someone who clearly is passionate about it so much. Honestly, we enjoyed every minute. Would definitely recommend!
Elio is the best. He grew up in Sevilla which made this food tour fantastic. We tried all the traditional foods of Sevilla. While we walked from spot to spot he would tell us about the area. It was like a food and sightseeing tour in one. It was my first day in Sevilla so it made my stay even better. Especially knowing where to go and what to eat and how to order. I highly recommend this tour. Also he’s a sherry expert so if you like sherry, you are in for a treat!!
Elio has a true passion for food, wine and the city of Seville. This comes through loud and clear during the tour experience. He takes you to places he grew up going to that he has a personal relationship with the owners. The dishes and wine we tried were top notch. Elio was happy to answer any questions and his breadth of knowledge was impressive. He also offered an extensive amount of recommendations for the rest of our time in Seville and the surrounding area that was beyond helpful. Thank you again Elio!

The Sevilla Tapas Tour was amazing. Highly recommend. Elio was born and raised in Sevilla so he knew the ins and outs of the neighborhoods. He takes to only small, locally owned businesses. The food and drink were all delicious. We went to small spots that were gems that we would have never found on our own. Coming on this tour was hands down one of the best decisions we made in Sevilla.
We chose an evening Tapas tour with Elio and we were very pleased. Smaller venues off the beaten track with food & drink chosen to give an insight into Seville tapas. There was plenty of food and it was great quality. A good balance of fun and some useful education into iberico ham, cheeses, wines and sherry. The atmosphere throughout was friendly and inclusive. Genuinely feels like an evening out with friends. Recommended.

Small tour with so much charm! Elio really knows his city and the tour starts off in his own neighbourhood. The camaraderie with the restaurant owners and folks around the tour really made this feel like something special. Every bite was delicious and we learned so much about sherry, wine and local food! 10/10 recommend this tour!
We just finished an incredible evening touring so many delicious places with Elio. From learning about the ways that jamón is made and graded and how sherry is made and all the different varieties of sherry; to touring fantastic local restaurants tasting new and delicious food and flavours. Elio was an awesome tour guide and took us to authentic and delicious spots for different types of tapas! Even though there were only two of us that booked the group tour, Elio still met us and gave us a private tour. His care for the food and culture of Seville was apparent throughout the day, and he even sent us a list of recommendations after the tour for the rest of our trip. We definitely felt like Seville locals for a day touring with Elio. Would recommend this tour to everyone! Thanks for a great day Elio!
Highly recommend this tour! Elio is super knowledgeable and he didn’t cancel our tour even though we were the only 2. The food and places he took us too were amazing. Everything was great. We already sent others we met traveling to take this tour. Elio gave us recommendations of places in other cities and we did go to a few and they were spot on. Do yourself a favor and have Elio introduce you to Sevilla and it’s amazing tapas!

Elio is the BEST! We did a three hour walking tapas tour with him and it didn’t take long to feel like we were visiting an old friend in his hometown. He took us to all of his favorite places that we never would’ve found on our own. He is friendly, funny, and engaging, and he invites everyone into a taste of all the best Seville has to offer!
