How the service is priced
The first conversation costs nothing. From there, the fee depends on how much work the brief involves — and Elio always quotes it upfront, before you commit to anything.
- One-off shortlist. A bottle or a few bottles for a dinner, a gift or a trip home. A small fixed fee.
- Curated case. A selection of 6–12 bottles with tasting notes, sourcing and shipping help. Fee agreed in advance based on scope.
- Ongoing cellar curation. Regular advice, allocations and purchases over time. Priced as a retainer, tailored to you.
The price of the wines themselves is always shown separately from our fee. We are not financial advisors and make no claims about the future value of any wine.

What exactly is the Wine Concierge?
Personal wine sourcing and cellar curation. Elio helps you choose bottles — for drinking, for gifting, or for a cellar you want to enjoy over the years — and points you to the best place to buy them. It is not a tasting, and it is not financial advice; it is a wine lover helping you find the right bottles.
Is this only for collectors or also for casual drinkers?
Both. Half of our requests are 'find me the perfect bottle for a dinner', the other half are 'help me build a small cellar I can enjoy over the next ten years'. Same care for either.
How much does the service cost?
The first conversation is free. After that, the fee depends on the scope of the brief: a one-off shortlist for a dinner or a gift costs less than a curated case, which costs less than ongoing cellar curation. In every case Elio quotes a fixed fee upfront, before you commit to anything — and the price of the wines themselves is always shown separately, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
How do I start?
Send Elio a WhatsApp message. Briefly describe what you are looking for (a bottle, a case, a cellar) and your budget. He typically replies the same day.
Can you ship wine internationally?
Yes, in most cases. We work with established merchants who ship within the EU, to the UK, the US and beyond. We will be upfront if a specific country or wine is not feasible.
Do you only recommend Spanish wines?
Spanish wines are our specialty — Jerez, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Priorat, Cava and more. But Elio is also a Champagne Expert (Level 3), so French sparkling and other European wines are very much on the table.
Do you give investment advice on wine?
No. We do not advise on wine as a financial asset, and we make no claims about future prices or returns. What we do is help you find and buy bottles you will enjoy — including age-worthy wines for a cellar — based on quality, provenance and your taste.
